Tagvexa is operated by Fazeel Rao in Louisiana, United States, who is responsible for the information described below and is the person to contact about it. This page sets out what happens to anything you provide here.

What the contact form sends

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, role and message so we can reply and arrange a walkthrough. We never sell it, and we share it with no one but the delivery service below and anyone the law obliges us to tell.

The message is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form-forwarding service. Your browser sends the submission directly to FormSubmit, which forwards it to our inbox.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel. As with any web host, Vercel automatically records technical information when a page is requested — including IP address, browser type and the time of the request — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Their privacy notice covers how they handle it.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking scripts.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to hold a record of our dealings, then delete it.

Why we are allowed to hold it

We process inquiry details on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us about the product, and the server logs above on our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure. You are not required to give us anything — the contact form is the only place this site asks for information at all.

Where it goes

Both providers named above — Vercel and FormSubmit — operate in the United States, so if you contact us from outside the United States your inquiry is transferred there in the course of reaching us.

Your choices

Write to contact@tagvexa.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to us holding it, or to ask for a copy. We will not charge you for it and we will answer within a month.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area and think we have handled your information badly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
